Your GDPR rights

  • Right to portability (Article 20): you can download your data in JSON or CSV format via the "Export my data" button.
  • Right to erasure (Article 17): the "Delete my history" button erases your identifying data (customer account, IP, browser). The proof of consent (action + categories + date) is preserved for 13 months as required by the CNIL.
  • Retention: your consents are kept for a maximum of 13 months, then automatically purged.
